Some screen readers do not speak because the cursor is too large.

Solution

Reduce the Zoom to about 85% and try this

If this doesn't work, keep on reducing the Zoom in steps of 10 until the screen reader starts to speak.If it only speaks partially, reduce the Zoom again until all speech is correct.
