Model 3 embossers have an RJ45 network port and can be connected directly to a network.
 
Model 1 and 2 embossers can be connected to a networked print server with a parallel port e.g. Hewlett Packard JetDirect. The specific make/model is not important however it must support standard (SPP) printer ports and not enhanced printer ports (ECP).
