We provide a repair service for Index Braille Embossers here in the UK.  We carry a large stock of spare parts, and most repairs are completed within three working days.

We can only provide warranty repairs on embossers which were originally supplied by us.  We can carry out the repair, but it will be chargeable.  If your embosser is still under warranty, it should be returned to the Index Dealer who originally supplied it for non-chargeable repair under warranty.

Very old models such as the Index Classic and Index Domino are now obsolete, and spares are no longer available.

If you would like to arrange for a repair, please contact DotLine on 0870 321 7099 and we will issue a Returns Authorisation.

Please DO NOT return an embosser without a Returns Authorisation.
