It is essential that all packaging and boxes are kept, as well as the transport locks. If the embosser needs to be returned for repair, it must be shipped in its original packaging.
Failure to do this may result in additional damage to the embosser, and in the case of warranty repairs, it may invalidate the warranty.
Replacement boxes, packing and transport locks can be supplied for a charge.
