Indicates that the software protection cannot be found or it has become corrupted – can be caused by

the system being reset back to an earlier time – Windows XP/2000 etc.

If the user does not have full access to the Braille Maker folder on the network

Solution

Re-install Braille Maker and ring DotLine on 0870 321 7099

Change access rights to Braille Maker folder and any sub-folders or sub-directories.
