Braille Maker is not date sensitive, but occasionally this error occurs if the activation is not performed within two months of installation. This is because when Braille Maker is first installed, it is initially a demonstration copy until it is activated. Demonstration copies last for fifty executions or two months, whichever is the sooner.
It is necessary to call DotLine on 0870 321 7099 to resolve this issue
