Times don't always Braille as they should do.
The correct Braille is Number Sign Hours Number Sign Minutes
Put manual number sign in text i.e.
12:30 should be 12#30
# is number sign
There is an issue with am and pm.PM will Braille correctly i.e.
Letter Sign pm
As am can be a word as well, this is not automatically signed, so a manual letter sign should be put into text.
| pm (pipe symbol or vertical bar) usually above the backslash. if written as a.m. or p.m. then no letter sign is needed.
