APPLIES TO: BMW AND BMP

This happens occasionally with some installations of Microsoft Windows XP

NOTE IF YOUR VERSION IS BEFORE 1.4/O PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AN UPDATED SETUP PROGRAM AND THEN FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

From the START menu, choose RUN or hold down the Windows key and press R.

FOR BRAILLE MAKER FOR WINDOWS STANDARD

In the dialogue box that appears type

c:\bmwin\setup.exe /z

Tab to or click OK

FOR BRAILLE MAKER FOR WINDOWS PROFESSIONAL

In the dialogue box that appears type

c:\bmpw\setup.exe /z

Tab to or click OK

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU INSTALLED BRAILLEMAKER IN A FOLDER OTHER THAN THE DEFAULT, BMWIN OR BMPW, PLEASE CHANGE THE FOLDER NAME IN THE RUN DIALOGUE BOX

Tab to or click on Install BrailleMaker

If you used the default folder to install, click OK in the INSTALL TO dialogue box

If you used another folder, choose this first then Tab to or click OK

In the next dialogue box Tab to or click in the check box next to: -

CREATE PROGRAM GROUP AND ICONS

Tab to or click OK

A dialogue box will appear confirming that the installation is complete, and advising to restart your PC.

Click OK
