The Transport Lock(s)/Original Packaging have been lost. Can the embosser be returned without them?
Under no circumstances should you return an Index Braille Printer without locking the printing head. This will result in additional damage to the Braille Embosser, and it may invalidate the warranty.

What is the warranty period on Index Braille Printers?
The standard Index warranty on Model 3 embossers is for two years or 200,000 pages whichever is the sooner.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage or fair wear and tear, it covers breakdown due to faulty components only.
