Returns Procedure.We provide full UK based repair facilities on the current range of Index Model 2 and Model 3 Braille embossers. Model 1 printers are now obsolete, and spare parts are no longer available.
Some components such as main electronics boards, printing heads and Everest/4 X 4 sheetfeeders are available as swap out modules, dramatically reducing the cost of the repair.
We carry an extensive range of spare parts, and our average turn around time for a repair is currently three working days.
We can also supply spare parts to organisations who prefer to carry out their own repairs.
