Braille Maker is a long established Braille translation package, first released in 1988. Clients include Government Departments, the BBC, RNIB, Trade Unions, HM Prison Service, Banks and Universities. Originally a DOS product, Braille Maker has been progressively developed to create a range of user-friendly Windows based products.
All Braille Maker products can be fully integrated with your word processor and are supported by trained professionals.
Two versions are available - Braille Maker and Braille Maker Professional.
Both versions are intuitive and easy to use, providing Braille desktop publishing in a few simple steps.
Both versions now have support for the new Braille rules which were ratified in 2004 as well as support for the old rules.

NETWORK VERSION
The network version runs on Windows servers. Network versions have a minimum of 3 users and are available for any number of users greater than 3. Novell users should Contact Us prior to ordering.
VOLUME LICENCES
Volume licences are available for both versions of Braille Maker. Volume licences have a minimum of 3 users and are available for any number of users greater than 3.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Braille Maker has a 12 month on-going telephone and remote access support package included in the purchase price, with a dedicated help desk. Please call DotLine on 0870 321 7091. Please note that remote access may not be available on some networks due to the security policy of the Network Administrator. Please consult your Network Manager to determine if remote login is permissible or can be arranged.
